Processing & Shipping

Please note that Silk Hair Toppers are made to order. Processing time is approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch. Shipping timelines begin only after the production period has been completed. Kindly take this timeframe into consideration when placing your order.

Natural Grey Strands:

As our toppers are made from genuine human hair, you may occasionally notice a few grey strands. This is a natural characteristic of authentic human hair and should not be considered a defect. If desired, these strands can be removed manually.

Length Measurement for Wavy & Curly Hair:

Wavy and curly hair should be measured when fully stretched. The lengths displayed on our website refer to the hair in its stretched state. Due to the natural texture, the product may appear shorter when worn in its natural wave or curl pattern.
